Carolina Bariatrics is a physician directed weight loss program that was conceived by Bruce Wallace, MD and Harrell Hardin, DC. Over the last 3 years Carolina Bariatrics has treated thousands of patients, with many traveling considerable distances to participate in our unique program. To meet the growing demand Carolina Bariatrics introduced Complete Wellness Medical Centers and has expanded to 3 offices serving the Carolinas.

In addition to the Gastonia, NC office, Carolina Bariatrics currently operates Complete Wellness Medical Clinic offices in the Triad of NC and Rock Hill, SC. Carolina Bariatrics also has affiliate offices operating in Chicago, IL and Philadelphia, PA. CWMC has offices coming soon to Fayetteville, NC and Atlanta, GA.

In January 2009, Carolina Bariatrics in Gastonia, NC will become Complete Wellness Medical Center. The Gastonia office will serve as the flagship for Complete Wellness Medical Clinics and Complete Wellness Medical Weight Loss Clinics throughout the United States.
